The establishment of the Arts, Commerce, Science Senior College of the Bharat Shikshan Mandal, located in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra took place in August 19th 2016. In the last two years, on January 12th, 2019, the college was renamed "Bharat Shikshan Mandal's Deo-Ghaisas-Keer Arts, Commerce, Science Senior College, Ratnagiri" and our college became affiliated with 'Mumbai University.' The college has received positive feedback from students in the past seven years. An article about the progress of the college is currently in the process of being written, and a good response is expected for this academic year as well.

At the inception of the college, the provision of quality education through central teaching facilities was the first priority. Accordingly, the college fulfilled the accreditation requirements for three branches, we offer courses like B.A., B.Com, B.Sc. with stream of Humanities & Social Sciences, Accounting & Commerce, Science. Additionally, a variety of essential subjects were made available to benefit students' future.
