About Mathematics Department

The Mathematics department was established in 2016-17 in our college and since then it has been actively working for First Year Commerce students.From the year 2017-18 this department was extended to Science stream and has been working for First Year Science students since then.

Basics of mathematics get very clear in these primary years of college and prove to be helpful as a base for future academics. Emphasis is given that students get their fundamentals clear.

1. To provide an environment where students can learn, become competent users of mathematics and understand the use of mathematics in other disciplines.
2. To develop critical and logical thinking among the students.

1. Provides effective strategies for improving mathematical literacy for all.
2. Provides excellent knowledge of mathematical science for suitable careers and groom them for brite future.

2. To prepare learners to face challenges by providing basic knowledge and skills of mathematics and statistics.

4. Use of l.C.T. in teaching and to encourage students for use of I.C.T.
